Add a Perinatal Support Group

Thank you for supporting perinatal wellness and San Diego parents! We are honored to help San Diegans find support or community groups by showcasing them in our online directory.

Please provide your group’s information by filling out the form below exactly as you would like it to appear on our website. Help us maintain a concise and up-to-date directory by using this form to provide an overview of your group, while using your website to share details that change frequently (e.g., dates, times, fees).

If you run multiple groups covering different perinatal or parenting topics/themes, please complete a separate form for each group you wish to have listed. To make small changes, updates, or to remove a current listing, please email our Program Coordinator at info@postpartumhealthalliance.org.

Listing Criteria:

  • In-person groups must be located in San Diego County.
  • Online groups or courses must be open and available to individuals in San Diego.
  • Groups or courses must focus on support or wellness related to the perinatal period (pregnancy and postpartum), perinatal mental health, or parenting.

Disclaimer:

You do not need to be a PHA member to list a community or support group service. PHA does not have the capacity to vet or monitor community groups and therefore does not specifically endorse any support groups or courses listed in the directory. Consumers are encouraged to independently vet groups and topics prior to attendance. PHA reserves the right to de-list any group if concerns regarding discrimination, harmful or misleading information, or any other inappropriate or concerning interactions/experiences are reported and not promptly or adequately resolved.
