Concerns may be submitted orally or in writing and will be addressed promptly by PHA staff or board members. Options may include transfer to another course, credit toward a future training, or partial/full refund.
PHA is committed to equal and inclusive treatment for all community and professional members. Our programs are free from discrimination based on age, ancestry, color, disability, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, immigration status, marital or parental status, nationality, race, religion, sexual orientation, military status, or any other protected category.
PHA selects presenters and develops educational content with attention to cultural competence and inclusion. Our DEIA Committee and board leaders work to ensure that continuing education reflects diverse perspectives and meets the needs of all perinatal communities.
