Check In On Your Mental Health Today
If you’re not sure whether what you are experiencing is normal, taking a quick screening assessment can help you better understand your symptoms. This is a great first step toward getting the care you deserve.
Available Screenings
It’s normal to feel some stress during pregnancy and after childbirth. You may be experiencing a perinatal mental health (PMH) condition if those feelings begin to impact your well-being, relationships, or ability to function. If difficult emotions last longer, occur more often, or feel more intense than typical ups and downs, it’s important to seek support.
Below are two short, confidential screening tools for postpartum depression and anxiety. They don’t provide a diagnosis, but they can help you notice if your symptoms might need extra care. If your results raise concerns, share them with your healthcare provider to access support and feel better.

Postpartum Depression Screening
If you’re feeling persistently sad, overwhelmed, or disconnected, this screening can help clarify your experience.
Postpartum Anxiety Screening
If you’re experiencing constant worry, racing thoughts, or physical tension, this screening may help you understand your symptoms.
